YOUR WORKERS ARE NOT YOUR SLAVES BECAUSE YOU PAY THEM
When I wrote about workers serving their masters as serving God, someone would think that masters don’t have their own roles to play. The way you treat your workers will add their proficiency & intensity of commitment to producing the desired results you’re looking for. A lot of employers want to milk their workers to death. Some don’t pay them well even when they make much money above expectations. Your business is increasing because your workers are working hard but you never increase their pay package, no motivation, no Christmas package, no surprises. All you want is to hit your target
Jesus Christ says, “Do unto others what you have them do unto you” (Matt 7:12). Treat your workers the way you want to be treated. Workers & employers must live as a family. The days of slavery are over. The worker deserves his wages (1 Tim 5:17-18). If you want to see results, treat workers better
