*MORNING SHOWERS OF BLESSINGS MEDITATIONS (MSBM)*

THEME: *GOD PUTS INTO YOUR HANDS SO THAT YOU PUT INTO THEIR HANDS*
Dear friend in Christ Jesus good morning blessings and welcome to another new day and new week. God sometimes puts some things, some Blessings into our hands so that we put them into others hands. The blessings that do come your way is not necessarily for you. Many people have not yet understood this particular principle of life.
After my Ordination into the Episcopal office of a Bishop, my wife and I were unveiling the parcels given to us. We discovered a very beautiful pair of shoes. This shoes was surely given to me by the giver to be a huge blessing. It’s an original pair of shoes but the size is 43 meanwhile my size is 45. I wear big size of shoes anyways. This is not the first time someone is buying me shoes by surprise and the size is never mine. Since they want to surprise me, they end up buying 42; 43 or lesser sizes. At the end, my pastors and those around me are the ones wearing my very good shoes because I can’t wear them. I believe God made it that way. I love the shoes but they are not my sizes. If the people had asked me my size, they would have bought me the right shoes and I would have worn them. But why did they not ask? Or why has God made it this way that they often buy me beautiful pair of shoes that don’t size me? The reason is very simple. Somebody needs that kind of good shoes but cannot go for it, so God passes through me, through the lovers of my work and ministry to bless someone in need.
The shoes I am talking about I really admire and love the shoes but God has made it that I cannot wear the shoes. Someone else must wear that shoe. So in this case I am only a channel of the blessing. No matter how long I keep the shoes or admire it, it cannot be mine. This is what a lot of people are doing. They are keeping the blessings of others with them but let me tell you, it will never become yours. I have similar cases in suits, dresses, shirts etc. Those around me keep benefiting from the love of others to me. Sometimes the things may come and they are my sizes but God speaks to me to give them out. Without hesitation, I will give them. This is the more reason why I believe God loves me and is blessing me with so much love from my followers, Christians.
December is coming. It is a season of love and sharing. God may put things in your hands, money, materials, opportunities but they are not necessarily meant for you. Please feel happy to re-channel them to the people who need it more than you do. You have two bags of rice give to you for Christmas. What are you doing with two bags of rice? Even if it’s just one or half bag, can you not share with that next door person who may have nothing? You will invite rats into your store and house if you don’t Share. Share things and create space for more to come in. If you’re a Christian, you should know that the main foundation of Christianity is love and there’s no love without giving. As you read this meditation today, may God touch your heart to keep giving and keep sharing to meet the needs of others in and around you.
*PRAYER*
Father thank you for the Spirit of giving and sharing. In this season of Christmas, help us to think about the needs of others so that you can use that channel to bless and expand us, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen. GOD DEY UP. Me too I dey up. NOMANNOPASSGOD!!!
