TEXT: *PHILIPPIANS 1:6*
THEME: *GOD GIVE ME GRACE TO FINISH THIS YEAR WELL*
Good morning blessings to you and your family. We are left with a few more days to go to the end of this prophetic year and very few to Christmas. What is the stake of your life and things around you? How is the year ending with you? Yesterday during our Bible study and Anointing Service we had this very powerful word from one of our pastors Rev Grace Besong. It touched us so positively and I can’t resist the pressure from the inside of me to share with you. I’ll just give you as she gave me. Read, meditate and be blessed.
*Meditation Begins*
The year 2022 is almost running out and each one of us is struggling to round up with some of the projects we embarked on at the beginning of the year. It’s a good thing to finish whatever you started. We call God the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end because he is the one who holds the power to finish what has been started and also the power to complete it. I don’t know what you have started since the beginning of this year receive the power to finish in the name of Jesus Christ. It Is also not good enough to just finish but to finish well. I prophesy, You shall finish well in the name of Jesus Christ.
In our text, Paul says, “He is Confident”. To be confident means, to trust, to believe, to tranquilise, to be persuaded. The word complete in the KJV is Perform which means ; to accomplish , to perfect , to execute , to bring to an end. To finish well means Finishing God’s assignment he gave us until he says , Well done good and faithful servant (Hebrews 10:35 , Luke 14 : 28-30).
You are not ment to leave any God’s ordained project unfinished in the name of Jesus Christ amen.
In 2Chronincles 32 & 33 Hezekiah started well but didn’t end well. In Acts 20: 17-37 ,Paul warms the people of Ephesus to watch out against false teachers and recounts his example of ministry to them and how he faced danger and hardship on the future . He told them that , he knew how he would suffer because of Christ ,
Paul still expressed his desire to finish well .
*Some Keys To Finishing Well:*
1). *Start Something:* Ecclesiastes 7:8& Job 8:7 .You can ‘t Finish something without starting anything .. Our flesh is naturally bent towards procrastination . Finishing well is as a result of what you started . It is a result of faithful decision everyday to make a difference in the future . You must take one step at a time,start something. Don’t say I will start. Just start and God will make a way out.
2). *Delight Yourself In The Lord Psalm 37:4*
Make decisions to please God and not man . It is just natural that man is imperfect and can fail you at anytime .Surrender to the Lordship of Christ and you will find rest in the name of Jesus Christ amen .
3). *Seek First The Kingdom* Matthew 6:33
If your driving passion is to accumulated stuffs or to live a life of ease , you miss the greater riches of life . God has made us Stewards of His kingdom. When he bless your finances, it’s an opportunity to bless his kingdom and his people.
4) *Pour your Life Into The Life of Others:* Genesis 12:2 & Luke 10:25-37. Be a blessing to others. The reason why Jesus tells us the story about the good Samaritan is for believers to demonstrate the power of serving others even when they are different from us . God has placed someone in need within the influence of every believer . Connect to this grace and you shall end this year well in the name of Jesus Christ amen .
5 ) *Forget About The Past* Philippians 4:11
Many believers cannot make progress because of their past. Release every wound of the past into the hand’s of Jesus Christ who is the author and finisher of our faith . Visualize it has already been nailed on the cross .
6). *Seek The Lord And His Presence Continually* Psalm 27:4 1 Chronicles 16:11.
Commune with God Psalm 63: 1 & Psalm 42:1-2 . Notice the intensity of the word earnestly in this Psalm . Our quiet time should be a time to commune with God. Everyone must find this time. Not optional but compulsory.
7). *Be optimistic Philippians 4:8.* Stay positive even when it seems impossible . Negative thoughts drain your energy and keep you from living in the present . The more you give into your negative thoughts, the stronger they become .
*CONCLUSION:*
Many people start strong but fail to finish. Finishing well is possible for every believer . God’s will is for his children to finish well. Your standard of success should not be based on your financial status , ability , giftedness , education or influence , but on your faithful obedience to Christ in all things (Psalm 65:11 & Jeremiah 29:11). The grace of Alpha and Omega in your life means that you not only Finish what you started but you shall finish so very well. It also means you finish it very well. The grace of abundance is waiting for you before the end of this year in the name of Jesus Christ Amen and Amen. END

And as her Spiritual Father, I connect to this teaching and I prophesy that you are not permitted to finish this year 2022 as a caricature but you shall finish this year well with resounding testimonies that will shock the world. If you believe shout the loudest Amen ,Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen seven times and receive your miracles and testimonies in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.
